Hereford United reserves were defeated 4-2 by Cardiff City this afternoon at Edgar Street.
Hasselbaink scored two for Cardiff and they were 3-0 up at half time. However the Bulls clawed two back through Marcus Palmer and Simon Johnson before Cardiff scored again. Jason Byrne scored the other two for the Bluebirds.
According to Bulls coach John Trewick the start of the game was delayed because of road-works between Hereford's training ground at Belmont, where the squad were before the game, and Edgar Street.
