Graham Turner has told the Worcester News that he feels the Bulls could be higher up League Two.
"After three league matches, and given our Carling Cup results, our start, while quite acceptable, could have been a lot better," said Turner.
"We should have taken all three points last Saturday and would have but for some good goalkeeping, missed opportunities and bizarre refereeing.
"We might have been third in the table at the moment.
"Everybody who has watched us play must have appreciated the quality in the side and that, as we get a better understanding, we will improve."
Turner mentioned how other sides were performing.
"Chester have had an excellent start and it does not surprise me to see Darlington up there. We have tipped them for one of the promotion spots, along with the likes of Peterborough and Shrewsbury."
