Further comments from Hereford United manager Graham Turner after yesterday's game suggest he wasn't happy with so many missed chances.
"Well it's pretty simple. If you don't take your chances you don't win matches. We had three really good opportunities in the first half and whilst we gave up a few in the second we had two or three more ourselves. But we looked edgy today and it probably needed a goal to settle us down," said Turner.
"We didn't perform as I expected us to perform both as a team and individually and sooner or later you have to start scoring goals. That's three home games now and just one goal.
"We didn't put them under enough pressure, especially in the second half but they've got two decent midfielders in the centre of the park and they saw a lot of the ball today."
