Realistic words from Trewick

Hereford United coach John Trewick spoke to BBC Hereford and Worcester after yesterday's game at Werexham.

"First half we were a little bit off the game and even in the second half we didn't play to the heights that we've set ourselves.

"It's difficult to maintain the sort of levels we showed in the second half against Birmingham and in the first half against Yeovil. You can't play like that every week.

"If we did we would be in the Championship, I think."

Meanwhile Curtis McDonald, who had a trial at Hereford pre-season, is now with Carmarthen Town.
