Graham Turner, the Hereford United manager, has been speaking about how he sees progress towards the redevelopment of Edgar Street.
He had a meeting last week with most of those involved with the proposed work including the Richardsons and seemed pleased with the outcome.
"In terms of what comes on the site - hotels, retail - we've got a clearer picture of what we can do," said Turner in an interview on the Official Website.
Turner has asked his architect to get together with the Richardsons architect to come up with some plans.
"It is up to the Richardsons to attract the businesses - hotel, hotel group which one it is going to be and how we can do it.
"What we have to make sure is that it is football facilities first and developer second. That's why we have employed the services of a football architect."
