Disappointment to get Hereford says Bates

Ken Bates, the Leeds chairman, has been talking about the FA Cup. He was asked for his reaction to being drawn against Hereford.

"Disappointment, I thought we were going to get Harrogate Railway at home but we didn't.

"The only good news is that we are going to get a few bob for being on TV.

"It's Friday night so it will give the players a bit of rest before we take on the giant-killers Bury (in the Paint Trophy) on the Tuesday.

"It's all go at Leeds isn't it.

"We'll just have to make sure we don't slip up with Hereford but I'm sure our guys should give a good account of themselves."
