MK Dons won the battle of the big two, beating Peterboro 2-1 to extend their lead at the top to five points despite ending the game with ten men. Chesterfield lost 2-1 at Accrington, in front of just 1,448, with several of the top sides having games called off.
Down the bottom, Mansfield stay at the foot of the table after a 1-0 loss at fellow strugglers Grimsby. Wrexham also stay in trouble after losing 3-1 at home to managerless Brentford. Lincoln eased their problems with a 4-1 win over Barnet, who have managed just two points from the last 15.
Stockport continued their revival with a 2-0 win over Macclesfield, while Shrewsbury beat sorry Dagenham 4-0. The Daggers have won only one League game, against Wrexham, in two months.
The games between Bradford and Rotherham, Darlington and Chester, and Rochdale and Notts County were all postponed.
