Hereford United's Dean Beckwith (pictured leading out the team) put in another good performance at Rotherham this afternoon and was given an eight for hard work. Once again he was at the heart of the Bulls defence, this time partnered by John McCombe who made a welcome return to the side.
McCombe, scorer Hooper and Collins, who was subbed due to injury at half-time, all received a seven.
Possession-wise the Millers were deemed to have had 54% against 46% for the Bulls.
The Bulls had five shots on target against just two for Rotherham. However the Millers did hit the woodwork twice.
Clint Easton was booked for unsporting behaviour.
The attendance was 4746 with 233 from Hereford.
Hereford United remain in fifth position but have closed the gap on second-placed Darlington to just one point.
