Bulls unlucky not to score more than four

Hereford United scored four goals this afternoon and it could have been several more had it not been for two superb saves from Dagenham veteran goalkeeper Tony Roberts.

The Bulls had 8 shots on target whereas Dagenham had three shots on target.

Just 14 fouls in the game, six by Hereford and eight by Dagenham.

The stats are not always correct and today is no exception as according to the BBC the Bulls only had 49% of possession against 51% for Dagenham whereas it looked more like 55% to 45% in the favour of the Bulls.

But a word of praise for referee Rob Lewis who controlled the game well without being too fussy. Just one player (From Dagenham) was booked.

As reported earlier the Bulls are now third in the League Two table:

1 Milton Keynes Dons 31 29 62
2 Darlington 29 28 56
3 Hereford 29 18 55
4 Rotherham 30 15 54
5 Peterborough 29 23 53
6 Wycombe 31 8 50
7 Chesterfield 31 14 48
8 Rochdale 28 8 47
9 Stockport 30 5 47
10 Morecambe 31 1 47

One cause for concern was the poor attendance this afternoon at Edgar Street. Just 2594 which included 81 from Dagenham.
