It has been confirmed that Hereford United's away game at Shrewsbury Town will be all ticket for all supporters. The match takes place on Saturday Feb 23rd with a 3pm kick-off.
Shrewsbury have already started selling tickets for the game and Hereford United are expected to start to sell their allocation later this week. It has not yet been revealed how many tickets Hereford will receive but the away stand is understood to hold 1774 supporters. The highest attendance at Shrewsbury this season so far is 7707 which occured when Stockport County were the visitors.
Shrewsbury have stressed that there will be no sale of tickets on the day but their ticket office will be open until late on the previous day (Friday 22nd).
Meanwhile because parking is not very easy close to the new stadium, it is expected that many Hereford United supporters will travel to this game by train or coach.
There are trains leaving Hereford at 10.24, 10.56, 11.56, 12.28, and 12.56. The journey takes under an hour. It should be noted that the ground is some way from the station at Shrewsbury, however buses are usually available.
HUMADS have already booked three coaches and have a handful of spaces remaining. Two of the coaches will start at Malvern (10.30am) and a third at Ross (also 10.30am). All three will leave Legends at 11.30am. Cost £7. Call Reg for further information on 01684 572945 or 07958176937.
As yet no information is available from HUISA or the FUNBUS.
