Turner looks towards 90 points

In his post match press conference Hereford United manager Graham Turner admitted that it might take a few more points than he originally thought to obtain automatic promotion. Darlington manager Dave Penney said the same in an interview reported earlier on Bulls News.

"We might need more than 74 points for a play-off," said Turner.

"It's that top three spot we want. It was originally at the start of the season 86 but it might take a couple more."

On the game itself Turner admitted Bury were well organised and were always going to make life difficult.

"But we had enough chances in that spell in the second half. Perhaps a little unfortunate with the one that hit the woodwork and we found a goalkeeper in fine form. Made some good saves particularily the rebound off the bar.

"A point is never a bad result. We're not going to win everything between now and the end of the season but we have another point away from Darlington."

Turner said that Trevor Benjamin had an eye problem which means he's unlikely to feature on Monday.

He also spoke about Monday's match at Lincoln who lost 5-2 at Barnet today.

"They'll be a rebound. That's the one thing you fear.

"We've done well away from home. We'll expect to go there and take the three points."
