The Daily Mirror is reporting that the Bulls are chasing out of contract Sheff Utd keeper Ian Bennett.
Luton are also reported to be interested in the former Birmingham keeper. He played over 300 times for the St Andrews side in a 12 year spell which ended in 2005. Since then he has spent a year at Leeds before a two year spell at Bramall Lane.
Bennett is 37 in October, going against usual transfer policy at Edgar Street.
