The Bulls squad will be presented with medals for winning promotion to League One prior to tomorrow's match with Grimsby.
The presentation, scheduled at 2.45pm, will be followed after the game by a lap of honour. However, the club warn, fans must not invade the pitch at the end of the game or the lap may be cancelled.
The club have also produced scarves and flags to mark promotion. Both items are priced at £4.99 and will be available at the club shop.
