Moses may have a second trial at Edgar Street

Speculation that Craig Moses is to have another trial at Edgar Street may have some substance. He is already known to Graham Turner having played in a behind closed doors friendly last December against Bristol City.

This from Bulls News dated December 19th 2007:

Moses is a 19 year old striker currently playing for Newtown in the Welsh Premier League. He joined the Mid-Wales club from Merthyr Tydfil where he progressed from the youth set-up to the first team.

He has represented Wales at under 19 level and was on the bench for the recent under 21 game against Turkey in the European Qualifier.

Moses has been invited back to Edgar Street for another trial.

Meanwhile the Birmingham Mail reports that former Hereford United defender Matt Clark has been released by Redditch after being involved in a mass brawl at Southport last March.

"It’s a huge shame for Matty because he has been a great servant to Redditch United," said manager Gary Whild.

"He’s full of remorse for what he has done and only wishes he could turn the clock back.

"But I cannot tolerate ill-discipline at Redditch, especially as we have to operate with a small squad."
