A strong Southampton team is expected to travel to Edgar Street on Tuesday for the friendly against Hereford United.
Yesterday Southampton were held to a 1-1 draw by Cheltenham Town.
After the game head coach Jan Poortvliet commented that the Saints suffered from poor finishing and should have killed off the game before the Robins equalised.
"Honestly I think it was a good performance. I feel sorry it ended up as a draw, but I think next time we can score some more goals," said Poortvliet.
"We have a game at Hereford on Tuesday so we will mix it a little there. Normally we would have two teams but maybe the first team will play one hour."
Southampton's team at Cheltenham: Davis (Bialkowski 46), James, Svensson, Perry, Surman, Wright-Phillips (Dyer 46), Gillett (Thomson 68), Schneiderlin (Wotton 68), Holmes (Euell 68), Lallana, McGoldrick (John 46). Subs not used: Mills.
