Millwall have made an enquiry about Leeds striker Tresor Kandol. The former Barnet man has been sidelined through much of pre-season and is now considered sixth choice striker after three new arrivals during the summer. The Lions had previously been linked with Ebbsfleet striker John Akinde, who also interested Peterboro.
The Guardian has a rather over-excited piece about Rotherham and Bournemouth being 48 hours from oblivion if they do not agree deals with the Football League over the transfer of their Golden Shares. Rotherham are sure they will exit Administration today after lengthy talks with the FA and Football Foundation, who are to have a loan returned to them as part of the deal.

Such is Southend's squad problems at the moment that they cancelled their team photograph due to only having 13 players available for the picture including transfer listed pair Richie Foran and Matt Harrold with 12 players having left the club in the summer.
Yeovil have confirmed the signing of Canadian goalkeeper Josh Wagenaar on a one year deal. The 23 year old has recently been playing in Holland and Denmark, and is expected to be joined at Huish Park by Portsmouth keeper Amir Begovic on loan. Alex Jeannin has ended his association with Oxford after agreeing a pay-off with the club. He is expected to be announced as a signing for Mansfield later.
Recent trialist at Edgar Street, Phil Doughty, has joined Fleetwood Town. Carlisle boss John Ward has been frank about the reasons for releasing Ashley-Paul Robinson: "We said Ashley wasn't fit and wasn't right and I think that was massively apparent.
