John Eustace scored for Watford in their 3-0 demolition of Southampton. He was also booked in a game that saw the Saints miss two penalties. Gary Hooper scored for Scunthorpe as they beat Cheltenham. David Brown opened the scoring for Barrow as they beat Eastbourne 3-1. Tim Sills was booked as Torquay won at Ebbsfleet.

Danny Williams scored from the spot to help Northwich to a 3-2 at Lewes with Trevor Benjamin again coming off the bench. Chris Lane was booked for Altrincham as they lost at Weymouth. Mark Robinson, playing as a winger according to the BBC, scored for York as they beat Rushden.

Danny Carey-Bertram joined AFC Telford on Friday, and scored their second after coming off the bench against Burscough. Marcus Palmer scored for Solihull Moors as they beat Vauxhall Motors 3-2, but Simon Travis put through his own net. Goal machine Gareth Sheldon scored the last as Tamworth hammered Workington 4-1.
