Released Bulls striker Nick Chadwick has signed for Shrewsbury until the end of the season.
The one time Everton man rejected the Shrews for the Bulls in the summer, with manager Paul Simpson telling their official site: "He came out of contract in the summer and I had conversations with his agent about coming here but he wanted to stay as high as he could so went to Hereford in League 1.
"His time with Hereford didn't really work out as he'd have liked and he didn't play as many games as he would have liked. We've now managed to get him in until the end of the season and the ball is really in his court to show everyone that he is still a player who is capable of playing at a higher level and secure something longer."
The Shrews have scored only three times in the last seven games, with Grant Holt scoring all three.
