The Hereford Times has revealed that the streaker at the recent Hereford United home game against Oldham was 23 year old Daniel Boyd from Belmont. He was back at Edgar Street last week to watch the Millwall game.
“I talked with some of my mates before the game and said if we scored five then I would streak,” said Mr Boyd.
Mr Boyd, who sells windows and doors for First Choice, said that he did not make any money out of the “bet” but some of his friends have bought him some drinks since.
PC Steve Thomas, football intelligence officer, said: “Donald Boyd had committed a criminal offence for which he was cautioned. We will not be pursuing a football banning order – on this occasion.”
