Both managers spoke to Sky Sports after tonight's game.
"The last two matches we've showed a lot of character under difficult circumstances," said Graham Turner for Hereford United.
"But tonight against a good Leeds side, I think we played reasonably well. Again showed a lot of character and worked very hard for the victory.
"In the end I felt we deserved it."
Simon Grayson wasn't so happy.
"Performances like that are not acceptable for a football club like us," said the Leeds United manager.
"Players realise now what it's all about. They can't expect to just turn up and get results away from home."
