Bournemouth co-owner and Chief Executive Alistair Saviermutto has quit the club. His departure is the final hurdle to the local consortium buying the club. Weymouth's future is no clearer with the supposed £300,000 investment from Stephen Beer still yet to appear. Beer is in hospital being monitored, while his wife has told the press the club is in a much worse state than he was told.
Cheltenham have recalled Andy Lindegaard from his loan at Aldershot due to injuries to their depleted playing staff. Oldham have fined one player two weeks wages and warned two others after the club's players had a boozy trip to the dog track. The club's statement claims the press version events was blown out of proportion and that no fighting took place.
