News Round Up

Ex-Bull Stephen Gleeson has joined MK Dons on loan from Wolves until the end of the season. Brighton are taking Stockport midfielder Gary Dicker on loan for the rest of the season, with the Seagulls paying a loan fee for his services, but have been rejected by Huddersfield veteran Chris Lucketti. The Seagulls have also loaned midfielder David Livermore to Luton for a month.

Carlisle have striker Kevin Gall back in the fold after a loan extension at Port Vale was scuppered by injury, and have signed Scunthorpe midfielder Ian Morris and Blackpool's veteran defender Ian Harte on loan. Millwall are to sign Doncaster striker Jason Price on loan. Leeds have sent teenage midfielder Oliver Hotchkiss to Mansfield on loan and signed Reading defender Sam Sodje for a month. They have also added Crystal Palace goalkeeper Darryl Flahavan until the end of the season.

Lewes have announced that they will not be entering Administration, despite losing their relegation battle this week. Cheltenham have signed Yuri Berchiche and David Hutton from Spurs on loan. The young pair arrive as freebies from the Premier side. Leyton Orient won't have a new owner anytime soon, with Barry Hearn telling the press: "The movers and shakers in football know Orient is available, but my door is not being banged down. In fact, I haven't had even as much as a tap." Hearn has completed his purchase of the stadium from the club, in exchange for the debt he is owed.

Yeovil have announced a two year shirt sponsorship deal with a local building firm, but there is no word whether it is a better or worse deal than their previous agreement. Crewe have loaned keeper Adam Legzdins to Weymouth until the end of the season. The former Birmingham stopper tormented the Bulls during a loan spell with Alfreton a few seasons back.

Huddersfield have recalled loan midfielder Jon Worthington back from his spell at Yeovil and sent defender Joe Skarz to Hartlepool until the end of the season. They have also signed Liverpool reserve defender Martin Kelly for the rest of the season. Chester's takeover is a long way from completion, with a club spokesman saying nothing has been signed.

Accrington chairman and majority shareholder Eric Whalley has accepted an offer for his shares in the club. No further details have been released, and the identity of the bidder has not been disclosed. Northampton have signed Fulham defender Adam Watts until the end of the season. His only previous experience is a brief spell at MK Dons two years ago. Swindon have loaned striker Blair Sturrock to Torquay for the rest of the season.

Oldham have loaned striker Lee Hughes to Blackpool until the end of the season.
