News Round Up

Rotherham have released a statement saying Mark Robins' backroom trio have joined Barnsley, but Robins himself remains in limbo with the club's haggling over compensation. Dagenham are expected to sign former Millwall man Danny Spiller. The free agent midfielder has been turning out non-contract for Welling after an injury plagued two years at the New Den.

Ex-Bull Stephen O'Leary's injury problems continue after he was ruled out for a month at Bradford with a broken toe. Bournemouth's ongoing transfer embargo is about to cost them another player. Poole striker Charlie Austin, with 37 goals in 36 games last term, has joined Swindon on trial after the Cherries were unable to finalise a contract due to their embargo.

Lincoln have an eight man shortlist for their managerial vacancy. All eight are out of work, ruling out Kettering boss Mark Cooper, as the Imps cannot afford to pay compensation. Ex-Cambridge man Gary Brabin, a former Lincoln player, is believed to be on the list.
