Dos Santos may be the player to watch of the lot. He left the club after being their 2007/8 top scorer to pursue a professional career after being watched by a string of Premier League and Championship scouts but, despite a number of trials, he returned to Sutton this week, scoring a hat-trick in 15 minutes in Tuesday's reserve match.
