Notts County manager Hans Backe gave his reaction to yesterday's game at Edgar Street.
"Hereford were in good form, but we looked very solid at the back. Neal Bishop and Ricky Ravenhill did a fantastic job in midfied," said Backe.
"We started very well in the first 20 to 25 minutes and then Hereford came back a bit in the second half, but I think we controlled the game and we really deserved the win.
"It was only for three or four minutes after we went two up that the game went a little bit open. When you are two up you should control the game. It was a difficult away game, they have only lost one game at home back in August, but we looked very solid."
