Tonight's match has been postponed, it has been confirmed.
The match referee arrived at Edgar Street and made a swift decision with parts of the ground still frozen and no prospect of a thaw.
A statement on the Bulls' official site says that the match referee arrived at the ground shortly after 3pm and immediately called the game off. There was no inspection prior to that after the Bulls had informed the Football League at 10am there was a problem.
A number of other games are already off for this weekend, including Aldershot's match with Bradford, although Grimsby's game with Morecambe is still scheduled to go ahead tonight.
