Currently on loan with Hereford United, Jordon Mutch did his career little harm last night when he played for Birmingham under 18's against Manchester United under 18's in an FA Youth Cup-tie.
Whilst the Reds won the tie 2-0, Mutch was mentioned in reports.
The game which was played at Atrincham last night in cold conditions.
Mutch played in mid-field and after a slow start by the Blues, he started to 'pull the strings'.
Later he stung the Reds keeper with a 'shot from range'.
Despite playing last night it is thought he will be available for selection by John Trewick for the Bulls game at Macclesfield tomorrow.
