Morecambe manager Sammy McIlroy is hoping the snow will clear in time for Saturday's match at Hereford.
"I've never known anything like it in all my time in management and it's all getting a bit of a nuisance now," McIlroy told the Lakeland Echo.
"The snow looked nice for a couple of days but since than it's been nothing but a pain for everyone involved in football.
"Finding a decent venue for training is a constant pain and we are all just desperate to get a game of football in at some stage.
"We have been training indoors at the Soccerdome in Manchester but we don't want to do that on a regular basis because it isn't ideal for some of the lads as it is harder on the joints than a natural surface.
"The one good thing though is that everyone is in the same boat and a lot of other clubs in our league are using the same venue."
