Hereford United fans are being invited to choose their favourite goal of the last twelve months as part of The Mitre Goal of Year 2009 campaign which will see the winner presented with their trophy at the 2010 Football League Awards, incorporating FourFourTwo's Top 50 Football League Players.
Each club is being asked to nominate one goal scored by their team during the course of 2009. And it is up to you to decide which goal will go forward to represent the Bulls. The viewers of Soccer AM, will then help in narrowing this list of 72 goals down to the best five.
This will take place in February so be sure to tune into Soccer AM to ensure you get to vote for your favourite. The winner will be decided at the Awards ceremony at Grosvenor House, Park Lane on Sunday 14th March.
Past winners of the Mitre Goal of the Year have been Sylvain-Ebanks Blake (Wolverhampton Wanderers - 2009), Jermaine Beckford (Leeds United - 2008), Joe Ledley (Cardiff City - 2007) and Stefan Oakes (Notts County - 2006).
