Grimsby are to sign Charlton's former Barnet midfielder Dean Sinclair, subject to a medical. The 25 year old cost the Addicks £125,000 in 2007 but he never played a League game for them due to injury. The Mariners are to also have Portsmouth winger Paris Cowan-Hall back on loan until the end of the season after he recovered from glandular fever and in a further flutter of the cheque-book, Grimsby have added striker Tommy Wright who joins from SPL outfit Aberdeen on an 18-month contract. Theo Robinson's move to Millwall is likely to be back on the cards after Huddersfield signed Liverpool striker Nathan Ecclestone on loan.

Accrington have saved themselves £12,000 after persuading the local council to delay an enforcement order to move their temporary Police control room at the Crown Ground. The box will now be dispensed with in the summer when a permanent facility is built. Ex-Bull Mick Galloway has become manager of East Midlands Counties League side Gedling Town. It is the third managerial appointment for the 35 year old.

Torquay have confirmed making a cash bid for a second player, after already securing Chris Zebroski for £25,000 during the January window. Northwich have threatened to take the Conference to court. The Vics agreed a CVA for around half the total, but Conference rules dictate that all sums must be paid. The Conference have refused to discuss the matter.

Leigh Genesis have issued another cash call after a major sponsor pulled out. Boss Garry Flitcroft secured a number of investors at the end of last season, but they have not provided sufficient cash to cover the club's losses.
