Former Hereford United midfielder Gavin Williams is to spend a month at Yeovil, on loan from Bristol City.
"It's good to be back at Yeovil and get some games. More importantly, I hope we can pick up the right results as well," said Williams.
"The manager here has done a terrific job. Now hopefully we can push right up the table and finish as high as possible."
City manager Gary Johnson has also commented on William's move.
"He knows Yeovil and they know all about him," said Johnson.
They made an approach and we're happy for him to go down there for a one month and play first team football. After the month there is the chance to extend it with us having a 24-hour recall, so it's a good deal for all parties."
Williams started his career at Edgar Street in 1996. However he moved to Yeovil in May 2002 after expressing a desire to play at a higher level.
In December 2004 he was sold to West Ham for £250,000.
