Lionel Ainsworth is one of eight players transfer listed by Huddersfield.
The tricky winger started just 11 games in a season and a half after he had his second spell at Edgar Street cut short so Watford could sell him to the Terriers. He ended this season on loan at Brentford, but was excluded from their plans after disrespecting the management there.
It was reported shortly after that Terriers boss Lee Clark had sent him away from the club to consider his future before returning for pre-season but it appears that his future has already been decided.
Amongst the other seven to be transfer listed is former Shrewsbury loan defender Joe Skarz, while Morecambe loan striker Phil Jevons is one of five to be released by the Yorkshire side.
Meanwhile former Bulls keeper Darren Randolph is claimed to be interesting Burnley. The Lancashire Telegraph says the Irish u21 man, with a year left on his Addicks contract, is on the hit list for the freshly relegated club.
