More Ex-Bulls Move Into Management

Two more ex-Bulls have got onto the management merry-go-round - and another has rejoined it.

Matt Gardiner has been named as Redditch's new manager, making his ex-Bulls teammate John Snape his no.2 at the Conf North side. Gardiner, 36, had returned to the club earlier in the season for his third spell as a player there. Snape has recently left Bromsgrove Rovers, and was favourite to become the first manager of the new Bromsgrove club.

The other ex-Bull to move into managerial circles is Lee Mills. The 40 year old is to take over the reins at Bridgnorth Town after spending the last couple of seasons playing county league football with Shifnal. The club are in the Midland Football Alliance alongside Westfields, and barely escaped relegation this season.

On local sides, one disappointing piece of news to note is that Ludlow Town have been forced to quit the West Midlands Premier Division on financial grounds. Their senior team will merge with their reserves and play in the county leagues.
