Green Comments on New Deal

Ryan Green has given a few comments to the Hereford Times on completion of his new one year deal at Edgar Street and also denied any approach from Newport County.

"The new owners have good ambitions and I want to be competing for things and they seem like good footballing people," said Green.

"I was a bit worried about signing before a new manager was in place, But after speaking to the chairman I am very positive about next season.

"I have never spoken to anyone from Newport County. Perhaps because I am from Cardiff people started to make a link with County."
