Gibbs to Referee Gillingham Match

Phil Gibbs from the West Midlands is set to referee Saturday's League Two match between Hereford United and Gillingham.

The Bulls have met Gibbs recently as he officiated a couple of pre-season friendlies at Edgar Street. In fact Gibbs is no stranger to the Bulls as he has been in charge of games involving them for at least the last seven seasons and as far as is known has never sent off a Hereford player.

In the League, Gibbs was last at Hereford for the visit of Morecambe in March, a game the Bulls lost 1-0. He kept all his cards in his pocket that afternoon.
