Hereford United vice-chairman Tim Russon has said that there is no ulimatum over Saturday's game at Barnet for manager Simon Davey.
"I don't think that's fair to say if you don't win this one, that one then you are out of a job," Russon told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"We don't need to put any pressure on the manager.
"The manager when he comes out sees the team on the bottom of the table, hears the crowd calling - he's professional manager.
"He doesn't need anybody to say hey the pressure is on, he knows the pressure is on."
