An article on the Official Hull City website states that striker/midfielder Nicky Featherstone has joined The Bulls on an initial months loan saying the 22 year-old has joined in search of regular football.
Featherstone came through the Hull youth structure having joined their Centre of Excellence at the age of eight and made his first team debut in The Championship against Burnley in 2006.
He has spent a couple of loan spells at Grimsby but has found his opportunities at Hull restricted to reserve outings.
Born in Goole in the East Riding of Yarkshire, Featherstone is reported to be 5' 9" and to "have a bit of pace" about him.
He will be available for Saturday`s FA Cup clash against Hythe Town.
Welcome Nicky.
