Barnet have signed winger Craig Dobson on a short term contract. The 26 year old, who previously turned out for the club in 2004, has recently been playing for Thurrock of the Ryman Premier. Chesterfield have signed Oldham duo Kelvin Lomax and Deane Smalley on loan for three months. Lomax was on the transfer list at Boundary Park, but Smalley is still wanted but needs games to improve his fitness.

Bradford have appealed against striker James Hanson's dismissal at the weekend. He was sent off along with Oxford defender Jake Wright after a tussle during Saturday's match. New Rotherham signing Mark Randall is likely to miss most of his three month loan spell after breaking his collarbone just 20 minutes into his debut. The Millers will now look for another loan signing.

Dundee have been handed a 25 point penalty for entering Administration by the Scottish Football League. They intend to appeal the deduction that will leave them 20 points short of safety at the foot of the table. Crawley have issued a statement claiming that boss Steve Evans was targeted by Notts County to join new boss Paul Ince at Meadow Lane.
