Kidderminster Harriers say they need £150,000 by the end of the month to avoid Administration.
The news comes on the day that the Harriers acknowledged that they had been charged by the Conference with misconduct over the league's Financial Reporting Initiative, which aims to control clubs debts, while the club's Financial Director resigned a few weeks ago.
The club are understood to have met their outstanding tax bill, but face paying out the six-figure sum to creditors, staff wages, and further tax liabilities due at the end of the Year. The say they also need another £50,000 by the end of January to meet further debts.
The club say they will not comment further on the Conference charge, which relates to the entirety of last season, until the outcome is known. Previously Northwich have been thrown out of the Conference for similar offences, while this season Welling received a five point deduction after admitting misleading the league for around 15 months over an investment deal that never materialised.
