Torquay United manager Paul Buckle is hoping that his sides 21 day break from Football League action won't have affected them too much when they take the field at Edgar Street tomorrow afternoon.
"It's been frustrating and it's come at the wrong time for us as we were on a very good run," Buckle told this is Devon.
"Sometimes you welcome a break but we certainly didn't welcome this one and we are looking forward to getting back to business on Saturday at Hereford.
"Everybody is fit and well. We will have one more training session (this morning) before we leave.
"Hereford are fighting for their lives at this moment in time, but so are we — we've got lots to fight for.
"We need to go there and be positive, and try to win the game.
"We won't be holding back and we are going to be desperate for the three points."
