Reading manager Brian McDermott expects to not be the only one chasing Bulls forward Mathieu Manset.
Speaking to the local press, McDermott said: “I think there will be a number of clubs looking at him. We might be in the frame to look at him as well, but we will see. With any deal there is a lot of work to be done.
“We’ve got two players in and if something else comes our way and we think it’s a possibility, then we will have a look at it.”
The Royals have already signed Swindon centre back Sean Morrison and Eastleigh striker Brett Williams this week and are keen to unearth further lower league gems.
