Tanner to Referee Bulls Cup-tie

Steve Tanner from Somerset has been appointed to referee next Saturday's fourth round FA Cup-tie between Sheffield Wednesday and Hereford United.

The Bulls last met Tanner when he took charge of a home game against Accrington last October. The game was drawn 1-1, Mathieu Manset scoring for the Bulls, and Richard Rose was booked.

This season to date Tanner has refereed 25 games and given out 78 yellow and 6 red cards. His last game was Cardiff against Watford last Saturday. It was a six goal thriller with no bookings.
