Hereford United AGM on Thursday

The Annual General Meeting of Hereford United is to be held next Thursday, February 17th at 7.00pm.

This year the AGM will be held at the Vice Presidents Club at the Edgar Street Ground, Hereford as opposed to the Three Counties Hotel, Belmont in previous years.

The main purpose of the meeting will be to receive the report of the directors and accounts covering the one year period ended June 4th 2010. The accounts show a loss of £53,660.

However one post balance sheet event, the settling of the debt to, and return of the leases from, the Richardsons for £452,000, will doubtless also be discussed.

Usually no more than 15 to 20 shareholders attend the meeting but with the change of chairman and vice-chairman and venue, it is hoped there will be more interest in this AGM.
