Port Vale manager Jim Gannon and assistant Geoff Horsfield have both left their team coach this afternoon but at different stops.
The coach was on route to Aldershot when, according to reports, there was an arguement between Gannon and Horsfield.
Gannon left the coach at a Motorway services in the West Midlands to return to meet Vale chairman Bill Bratt. Horsfield left a short time later at another stop.
Vale are currently sixth in League Two.
Update 6pm: According to BBC, Vale keeper Stuart Tomlinson said on Twitter: "Awesome events on the team bus."
Gannon will be in charge tomorrow at Aldershot.
