Stefan Stam isn't going to return to Yeovil at the end of the season and could, if offered, consider a permanent move to Edgar Street.
Stam moved to Yeovil in 2009 and became captain but injuries curtailed his appearances.
"It was horrible, especially with the way it all ended," Stam told BBC Sport as reported by Ciderspace.
"Last season I was captain there and everything was fine. I got a few injuries, but I don't want to go into it, as it was all horrible. I didn't get a chance, so I just had to go.
"I'm just happy to play games again. At Yeovil it didn't work out for some reason, and I'm glad I got a chance here to just play football, so I'm very pleased. My contract is up in the summer. I don't know (what I'll be doing) - I'm just waiting for opportunities, to see what comes along. If I can stay here, then maybe I'll stay here. I'm enjoying myself here, so I don't see why not. We'll see what happens."
