Recently BN reported that Bulls Player commentaries of Hereford United games are now available free of charge to patients in Hereford Hospital through the Hospital Radio.
From next season the commentaries will also be available in local care homes through a link with Hospital Radio thus ensuring an even wider audience for BP.
Originally, in 1985, Hereford Lions set up the link from Edgar Street to the Hospital, but around ten years ago that service was stopped. However Hereford United vice-chairman Tim Russon recently agreed that the link could be restored.
At first a former Hereford United player, Roy Williams, did the commentary. These days it's more likely to be Jamie Griffiths from the OS.
Meanwhile over £500 was collected at Edgar Street in a bucket collection at a recent game for Hospital Radio.
