Webster Becomes Cobbler

Former Bulls loanee Byron Webster has signed a permanent two year deal with Northampton following his release from Doncaster.

The 24 year old played eight times for the Cobblers on loan towards the end of the season after an unspectacular two game stint at Edgar Street in November.

Meanwhile, Michael Rose's transfer to Colchester has been confirmed by the U's. The left-sided player will sign a two-year deal on Tuesday, with Swindon releasing him from his County Ground contract with more than a year remaining.

In other ex-Bull news Jamie Tolley has been offered a new deal by Wrexham. He is one of thirteen to be offered new terms by Dean Saunders, who admits he is operating an a reduced budget for the coming season. Former Forest Green striker Andy Mangan is also mulling over an offer, but is claimed to be the target of a number of League Two sides.
