News Round-Up

The Conference have asked Wrexham for 'full details' of their current position after the players walked out on Thursday and the club cancelled two friendlies after the wages were not paid. Rotherham have denied receiving a bid from Coventry for striker Adam Le Fondre, while Scunthorpe are said to have cooled their interest.

Northampton have signed Austrian teenagers Lumbardh Salihu and Marin Pozgain. Striker Salihu and midfielder Pozgain have both signed two year deals after impressing in trials. Burton have signed Port Vale striker Justin Richards on a free transfer. The 30 year old has signed a two year deal after scoring 14 times for the Valiants last term.

Oldham are reported to be on the verge of agreeing a deal to remain at Boundary Park with the council set to pass through plans next week to support the club's redevelopment of the ground with a £5.7million injection to buy ground and develop the stadium. The Latics had previously claimed they would leave within two years after failing to redevelop the ground due to covenants on surrounding areas.
