Nathan Elder scored his second goal for the Bulls last night at Northampton and afterwards spoke to BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"Gary Peters and the gaffer have done a fantastic job organising the team," said Elder.
"I think that's probably what was missing, organisation.
"And since that's happened I think teams have looked at us in a different light.
"They saw the position we were in the league and you can't underestimate us anymore."
Meanwhile BBC cameras were at Edgar Street today and whilst there they interviewed Harry Pell who scored Hereford's third goal last night.
"We know where we are, we're still near the bottom, so we just want to push on and, hopefully, climb that table," he said.
