Hereford United manager Jamie Pitman wants a change in the rule that says referees should book players celebrating goals.
Last Tuesday Harry Pell (pictured) was yellow carded after he scored the winning goal at Northampton. Whilst he went to the edge of the stand to celebrate with fans, he didn't take his shirt off, didn't go into the stand and the celebrations were soon over.
"That's not inciting a riot," Pitman told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"That's just someone celebrating because they've scored a goal."
Pell will miss Saturday's match at Torquay because he has collected five yellow cards.
